All of our packaging products are custom-made according to customer-approved specifications, including size, material, thickness, printing and artwork. Therefore, customized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or customer-approved specifications.

If you receive products with a manufacturing defect, printing error, incorrect specification or other quality issue caused by our production, please contact us promptly after receiving the goods.

Please provide your order information, photos or videos of the affected products, and a description of the issue. Our team will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, solutions may include replacement, reproduction, credit or another mutually agreed resolution.

We recommend that all specifications and artwork be carefully reviewed and approved before production begins.

1. Can I customize the size, material and printing?Yes. We provide fully customized flexible packaging solutions. Size, material structure, thickness, printing, colors and functional features can all be customized according to your product and packaging requirements.

2. What information do I need to provide for a quotation?To provide an accurate quotation, please send us the bag size, material structure (if known), thickness, printing requirements, order quantity and destination. If you are unsure which material is suitable, simply tell us what product you need to pack and its storage conditions, and our team can recommend an appropriate packaging solution.

3. Can I request samples before placing an order?Yes. Samples are available for quality and material evaluation. Sample and shipping fees may apply, particularly for international delivery. If you subsequently place a production order with us, the sample and shipping costs will be credited toward your order payment.

4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?Our standard minimum order quantity is 50,000 pieces. The exact MOQ may vary depending on the bag size, material structure, printing requirements and production process. Please contact us for confirmation based on your specific project.

5. What is your production lead time?Our standard production lead time is approximately 15–20 days after the order details, artwork and production requirements have been confirmed. Lead times may vary depending on order quantity, product specifications and production schedule.

6. What artwork files do you accept?We recommend providing editable, high-resolution artwork files such as AI or PDF. Before production, the artwork and printing details will be checked and confirmed to help ensure accuracy.

7. Can you recommend the right material for my product?Yes. If you are unsure about the appropriate material structure, please tell us your product type, storage temperature, required shelf life, packaging method and any special requirements such as anti-fog, breathability or barrier performance. Our team can recommend a suitable structure based on your application.

8. Can I see a proof before mass production?Yes. The relevant artwork and production specifications will be confirmed before mass production. Production will proceed according to the approved specifications to help minimize errors and ensure that the finished packaging meets the agreed requirements.
